Crab Legs and Riesling

Very excellent dinner of Costco alaskan crab legs, tons of butter and a Beringer Dry Riesling:

Bought at a tasting when taking family on the tourist route. Redeemed myself later with a better tour that included the Schug winery. The Beringer is a lovely cheap wine, wonderfully riesling-like, with very fruity, smooth, buttery taste, but sweeter than say, an Alsatian dry riesling. Excellent pairing with the crab legs, which were oven reheated as before, but filled the foil enclosure with water to steam, since Hubby thought it was too dry just roasted. Foil better than boiling in pot of water, easier cleanup.
