Bar Pilar, Valencia

Popular place, in all the guidebooks, but not touristy at all, and very cheap! Very nice waiters. Lot of different types there, heard lots of other languages besides English, and quite a bit of Spanish, LOL. I LOVED the little fish, they're whole, bones and all, really lightly battered and fried. Mussels - just mussels, broth watery and not too flavorful. The tortilla was excellent, very fresh.
