Pasta Pomodoro, San Mateo

Grabbed a quick bite, the usual fare for the chain. Polenta Farcita - polenta broiled with fontina, spinach, brown butter and sage, very good. Wanted the cozze, but they were all out, so tried the Gamberi - shrimp roasted in a cast iron tegame with tomato, garlic and chili, served with grilled bread. Pretty good, fresh jumbo size, lots of liquid for dipping. Very nice service, attentive.
